Overview
Opening in 2010/11, the new Museum of Liverpool housed in a new landmark building at the Pier Head on Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. It will be one of the world’s leading city history museums and demonstrate Liverpool’s unique contribution to the world and showcase popular culture while tackling social, historical and contemporary issues.
Amtech is providing monthly programme and reporting updates to the paving Contractor. In addition to the critical path analysis, we’ve produced a ‘programme to go’ to determine the best solution, balancing both material delivery and installation within a tight site area. In analysing the variations we’ve successfully gained the contractor an interim Extension of Time (EoT) award of 16 weeks.
